By accessing or using the pickleportal.org website and the Pickle Principle Portal (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and purchasers.
Kingdom Formation Series provides digital Christian discipleship curriculum through the Pickle Principle Portal. The Service includes access to video lessons, downloadable PDF workbooks and leader guides, in-browser slide deck viewers, and church license management tools. Content is delivered digitally upon purchase.
To access purchased content, you must create an account using Manus OAuth authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. Accounts are for individual use unless you have purchased a church or denomination license.
All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Refund Policy: Because our products are digital goods with instant access upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchased content, contact us at [email protected] and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Church and Denomination Licenses: Church licenses grant access to a specified number of member seats as described at the time of purchase. Licenses are non-transferable between organizations.
All content available through the Service — including curriculum text, video lessons, PDF workbooks, leader guides, slide decks, illustrations, and the Kingdom Formation Series brand — is the exclusive intellectual property of Kingdom Formation Series and Bishop Dr. James N. Hassell, protected by United States copyright law.
Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal or church ministry purposes only. You may not:
Physical book orders placed through the Bookstore are fulfilled by Kingdom Formation Series. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. Hard copy orders are also final sale; however, if a book arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kingdom Formation Series shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific purchase giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Kingdom Formation Series is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
